2

Train with Purpose

Get a program built around your sport, your body, and your goals. Every session is coached, tracked, and adjusted as you progress.

3

See Your Numbers Move

Regular progress checks show real improvement — faster 40-yard times, heavier lifts, sharper agility. Numbers, not guesswork.

What Clients Say

"Felix built a program around my son's soccer season — speed and agility work twice a week. His 40-yard time dropped half a second in 8 weeks. The baseline numbers made it real."

Uwimana Felix

Founder and Performance Coach — Fit-SSA

I'm a World Athletics registered athlete from Rwanda who competed in track and field at the national level. I trained in East African speed systems, French national-level athletics programmes, and US college conditioning. I brought all of that to Richmond and Vancouver for one reason — to build the best SSA training operation in the Lower Mainland.

I specialise in speed, strength, and agility. That's it. I don't try to be everything to everyone — I focus on the three things that make the biggest difference in athletic performance and general fitness.

Every programme starts with a baseline assessment because progress without numbers is just hope. You'll see your sprint times drop, your lifts go up, and your agility scores improve — and you'll have the data to prove it.

Common Questions
Where do you train?
Parks and outdoor facilities in Richmond and Vancouver. Sessions are mobile — Felix comes to a location that works for you within the service area. No gym membership required.
My kid plays soccer — is this just speed work?
Speed is part of it. SSA covers strength, speed, and agility — all three matter for soccer. The program is built around your child's position, season schedule, and current fitness level. We measure everything at baseline and track improvement over time.
I'm an adult looking to get fit — is this too intense?
No. Every program starts with a baseline assessment so Felix knows where you are. The programming meets you at your level — whether you're getting back into fitness or pushing for a specific goal. Adults make up a significant part of the client base.
How does team training work?
Your coach brings the team — 8 to 15 players. Felix runs a structured SSA session (speed drills, agility work, strength circuits). It's priced per player at $15 to $20 per head, so the club gets specialist coaching at a fraction of private rates. Coaches can book a demo session first.
What about sports other than soccer and football?
SSA training transfers to any sport — the speed, strength, and agility work is foundational. Felix trains athletes from track, general fitness, and multi-sport backgrounds. The methodology is the same; the programming adapts to your needs.
Can I try one session before committing?
Yes. The single session at $100 is exactly for that. No commitment, no pressure. Most clients move to a package after the first session because they see the structure and quality of the coaching.
